Double doors from the lounge open  onto the front patio. A door from the lounge leads to a good sized twin bedroom.  A further door opens into an internal hallway with the stairs on one side and on the other the modern family bathroom with large corner bath.  From the hall a couple of steps lead to a double bedroom with a very large en-suite shower room with dressing area.

The first floor consists of one very large room which forms the main bedroom with a lounge area at one end, with doors at one end to the roof terrace with fantastic open country views.  A part of the bedroom has been left with the plumbing in situ to create an en-suite shower room.  The roof terrace is connected to the front patio via a spiral staircase and to the side of the house via a normal staircase.

Attached to the house on the left is a double storey building, the ground floor of which is currently used as a workshop.  The top floor is not accessed at the moment but could be to create additional space.

The house has a great deal of character with lovely traditional beams, and features and has been renovated to a good standard.  Connected to mains electricity and with a rain water collection tank of 16,000l, mains water is next door to the house and could easily be connected.  Internet is available in the area.
