    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Nice area close to the river with a very charming garden. It's easy to commute from Dolphin Square to anywhere as you have the Pimlico tube station right outside, as well as a bus stop. The area also has a few nice restaurants and pubs worth visiting.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management has been quick on certain things, specifically one time when we had some leakage from the shower it was help the day after.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That there are still construction going on in the building so that there are still noise during certain periods.

    Pimlico is a fantasist location because of its prolixity to Battersea Park, Chelsea, and Victoria. Also, Dolphin Square is a three minute walk to Pimlico Station which is very convenient.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They responded in a timely manner and were positive communicators.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There isn’t anything that comes to mind which I wish I knew.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    very quiet and residential area with good small local shops and restaurants and within good proximity to the tube and other commercial areas like Battersea the only negative is that the only tube line is the victoria line which can make a commute towards east London a bit longer

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    always very responsive and accomodating. Both Mickey and Fei as well as all other members of the management that I have spoken with have been nothing but helpful!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    take a good look at the storage spaces, it's the one thing that seems to vary a lot across the different apartments I've lived in here.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There is a good range of local shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, as well as practical amenities such as a nail salon, laundry services, and gyms. Transport links are convenient and reliable, making it easy to get around. The area is generally quiet and calm, though the school nearby can be noisy at certain times of day. Overall, the street feels clean and well-maintained, with no major issues around parking, bin collections, or anti-social behaviour.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Maintenance issues were resolved quickly in most cases.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I’d known in advance is that the move-in process can be a bit challenging depending on which side of the building you’re on. Our movers struggled with the few steps leading to the entrance, and loading can only be done from one designated side, which can make things slower. It’s worth planning ahead with your moving company so they’re aware of the access limitations.

    Its perfect. Should have a tesvo or sainsbury inside. A nice grocery store will be great to have. Where there are some great halal options at subsidized rates.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes always. I am well taken care. Each and every staff member of the Dolphin Square are very supportive and makes me feel Home
