The property is located a short distance from a popular bar restaurant, approximately a 10 minute drive to Arboleas and only a 7 minute drive to the large market town of Albox where you will find all the necessary amenities for everyday life. The beaches of Almeria can be found approximately 30 minutes away.
A sliding gate leads to the driveway where there is parking space and next to it a wooden shed for storage. There is a terrace in front of the entrance to the house with sliding glass doors from where the front door leads to the spacious living room. The living room has a pellet stove that also feeds the central heating and hot water if necessary. The open plan spacious, fully equipped kitchen has a handy storage room and a patio door leading to the back of the house. To the left of the lounge an archway leads to a spacious double bedroom with ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes, the family shower room and a double bedroom with ceiling fan now used as an office. On the right, an archway leads to a bathroom next to the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
There is a garden around the house that unfortunately could not be maintained due to circumstances. The swimming pool is an in-line swimming pool that needs to be renovated. The views from the pool are breathtaking over the fields and mountains. The garden needs TLC and it can be decorated to your own taste with nice terraces.
