The Seller's View
For us as determined café-dwellers, there is nothing better than being able to fall out of bed on a ‘work from home’ day and know that you can get a great breakfast at the end of the street, or on a Saturday morning know that you’re a short walk into the city centre. We have enjoyed being here in the middle of everything, and have benefitted hugely from having everything that our little family needs (independent shops, green open space, play park, trains) within easy walking distance even for little legs. The house itself is fantastic – the feeling of space from the room height, the great storage in the loft, and having that extra bedroom for a play room are such rarities without also having to drive an hour or two to get anywhere ! The log burner heats through the entire downstairs on a cold day, and even warms the back bedroom – nothing better than sitting in front of the fire and feeling like you’re home.
