A staircase leads to the second floor featuring a further bedroom, bathroom and a large room currently used as an office/storage room which could also be used as a bedroom, if desired.

Nearby Vergemoli is a picturesque village nestled in the Garfagnana region of Tuscany which merged in 2014 with Fabbriche di Vallico to form the commune of Fabbriche di Vergemoli. Vergemoli reflects rich religious history featuring many beautiful churches.
