Spectacular Rustico in Lake Como's hills! The house structure is stone made, completely renovated in 2014 end of works 2017, a part has been added (the current kitchen). All windows are new and double glassed, roof new and insulated, slabs new as well, as all the wiring and plumbing. There are no radiators, but ventilation in each room supplied by the fireplace. There is no gas heating, for the hot water there is a wood burning boiler that one can see in the bathroom, is very efficient: with a few pieces it heats around 200 l of water. There is no gas heating, electricity is self produced and supplied by solar panels and stored in batteries. . Being the house at 1200 m on the sea level, it takes from the lake shore, Dongo, around 20 minutes driving up the hill, but once there relax and full immersion in the nature is granted! The total surface of the property sum up to around 110 sqm covered, ground floor with entrance that allows access to the new kitchen and dining area, plus then to the living room. At this level also a convenient bathroom is located in the rear of the property. From this level one has access to the basement area, where laundry/bathroom room are located, plus a convenient taverna where one could also host some friends overnight. At the second floor there are two large bedrooms with nice antique wooden floor and cozy period features.
Separate from the house there is a convenient shed/cave, where all the electrical equipment for the solar panel system is installed at the first floor, wheras at the ground floor there is a convenient cave where to store food, wine or also be used as storage. Only for mountain lovers!
