The offer we offer you is a house, which has two adjoining plots and optionally a building plot not included in the price. The house is well preserved and faces south.

Ideal as a second home, the general condition is good, with the roof in good condition and it has a cistern or water tank, attached to the house.

On one of the plots we find a stone hut in a state of ruin that, by restoring it, offers us many possibilities.

As an option, an excellent plot of land, with good orientation, of 1,250 m2, is offered for a reasonable price, in front of the house, where another house can be built.

We enter the house from a small west-facing antojana. Once inside we find a kitchen, well preserved and equipped with butane gas. Next we enter the bedroom and bathroom, which can also be accessed from the outside.

Below the kitchen, on the ground floor of the house, we have a storage room that is accessed from outside. The attic on the upper floor of the house also has access from outside.

The house does not have heating.

It is a small house in a typical Asturian village strategically located in the centre of Asturias, very well connected, in good condition and with multiple possibilities for use.
