At the roundabout turn right onto Vaggs Lane at the end of the road turn right and almost immediately left into Wootton Road. At the junction by the Rising Sun public house turn right onto Holmsley Road and after about a mile the entrance to the property will be found to the right hand side, before you get to Brownhill Road marked by a For Sale board.
