Sellers Story:

'We bought the plot in 2007, and built this home which we moved into in 2011. We approached the build with empathy to blend country style aesthetic, with modern family needs.

We  will always cherish amazing memories, especially family gatherings for BBQ's, and hosting larger parties with a marque & DJ for  over 200 guests will certainly be one to remember.

Country style living was easy to adjust to with beautiful views in every direction, we really enjoy a peaceful sunrise, with a coffee in the morning, usually before an idyllic country walk along Burton lane, or the canal path which takes you past all the farmers land enjoying all the sights.

The community spirit is very welcoming and we found it easy to imbed ourselves into the village community, being part of the residents group and helping with charity led events is very entertaining and rewarding.

We feel we have the best of both worlds here, secure rural living but within a 5 minute car ride you can be arriving at one many local restaurants or amenities, especially Pesto's or a pub meal in Wolvey.'

Transport Links: Proximity to major road networks ensures easy commutes to nearby towns and cities, including Nuneaton, Hinckley, and Coventry.
