The property extends over 1,800 sqm with flowers and pine trees. It is located opposite a secluded beach, a five-minute walk away, and is visible from all rooms of the house. The front and back gardens offer plenty of options for sunbathing or enjoying moments of relaxation. The spacious pool area with a 65 sqm infinity pool offers unique areas for sunbathing. The villa, which is fully air-conditioned and is spread over three levels. The ground floor consists of two en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed, which lead to a shared living area. The balcony doors open onto private verandas and to the pool area. On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Each room has its own terrace with sea views. After parking, you will reach a garden through one of the many dining areas, which are covered by a gazebo. This area is always shady, cool and sheltered and offers stunning views of Hydra. The main entrance leads to a hallway connecting a spacious living and dining area and a separate fully equipped modern kitchen. All rooms lead out onto a terrace with another dining and seating area, always with sea views.

Porto Heli is a popular holiday and weekend destination for wealthy Greeks and a boater’s paradise. It is easily accessed from Athens by regular speed ferry service (2hrs from Pi¬raeus) or by car (120miles/2.5hrs from Athens International Airport). The area is generally known as the Costa Grecia (or Greek Riviera) and essentially expands along the Pelo¬ponnesian peninsula facing the island of Spetses and its re¬spective coastline. Options around; explore the local coastline, or visit one of many nearby islands. You can start with the popular white-washed island of Spetses (10 minutes by small boat or water taxi from Costa harbour) or Hydra (an artist’s traffic free paradise) or even drive up the coast through the lemon groves to Poros.
