Kalives is a village located 18 km east from the city of Chania, Crete, and one of the three seaside resorts in the region of Apokoronas. The village offers all amenities such as schools, doctors, dentist, pharmacies, restaurants and a lot of coffee shops which function all year round as well as a KEP (English-speaking Community Centre). The bus stop is just a short stroll away with daily buses to and from Chania city and to other neighbouring villages.
