3. Storage section for surf equipment and communal facilities (changing rooms, washing machines, etc). A small retail point is proposed adjacent to this area.
4. Sleeping section with a studio and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

The main concept of this project is to promote and encourage sporting activity, namely surfing, in a building designed to fit into this unique landscape.

The project includes a covered terrace area for solar thermal and photovoltaic panels.

All the necessary approvals have been granted by both Aljezur Town Hall and the Natural Park, with an expiry date of November 2025.
