All flooring, including new carpets in the bedrooms and living area, new vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms and benefits from all vertical blinds also replaced for new during late 2024.
Externally, the property is in an excellent location at the end of the row with a large decked area, ideal for Al Fresco dining and offering open space whilst allowing privacy. The underside of the caravan has been cleaned and repainted with corrosion protection paint.
Broadband connection is available subject to subscription, no further installation requirements.
