The Company

Abruzzo Property Italy is a trading entity of Italian Property Services Limited, a UK registered company with offices in both the UK and Italy. Since its incorporation in 2010, the company has been successfully working with clients to help them find their dream properties, mainly in the Italian Regions of Abruzzo and Molise.

As members of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals), Abruzzo Property Italy has been vetted and approved and has voluntarily committed itself to industry regulation.

We market these properties on our website, Rightmove and social media channels. This gives them exposure to both a UK and worldwide audience. Our services

We promote property for sale in Abruzzo and Molise on behalf of our network of Italian estate agents, all of whom are registered with the FIAIP (Federazione Italiana Agenti Immobilliari Professionali), which is the industry’s governing body. This ensures that all documents and the final contract, in relation to your purchase, will fully comply with Italian laws and provide you with complete protection.

We also market property on behalf of private property owners who may wish to deal with us directly for ease of language and locality. One of our local colleagues can visit the property to take photographs and prepare a property description, if required. Once again, the contract will be overseen by an FIAIP agent, ensuring peace of mind.
