The Whitby Maritime Facility Hub will be a creation of circa 1000sqm of Maritime Trade, Training and Business Hubs providing a combination of industrial and office space to allow innovation to thrive. The building will be constructed to the highest quality with sustainability and energy efficiency being of the highest level upon completion to reduce running costs to the business that will call the Hub their home.

The Whitby Maritime Hub will be located on Endeavour Wharf and provide a range of maritime facilities including laboratory space, workshops and training rooms.

Alongside these facilities provisions have been made to provide bespoke office accommodation, goods handling and vessel berths for marine related industries.

Whitby is a historic port town located on the east coast of England in the county of North Yorkshire. The North Sea port has a strong maritime heritage and is home to active commercial marine, fishing and vessel building sectors alongside its picturesque backdrop.

The building is currently pending construction with the start date for ground to be broken set in March 2025 and completion set for Q1 2026.
