The lounge has a window overlooking the land and large patio-style double doors that open onto the huge side terrace.

Exterior:

Access to the property is good and there is off-road parking at the property for 4 or more vehicles. The house is sited on a plot of approximately 744m with the land to the rear and has a perimeter fence. Here you will find some old olive and lovely magnolia trees. The arable land is flat and there is plenty of room for a swimming pool and vegetable garden.
