Use and Occupancy
This lodge is for holiday and recreational use only between the 4 February and the 3 January in each 12 month period. It cannot be used as a permanent residence as this would be in breach of the siting agreement. If you wish to holiday let the lodge then this has to be done through the park, it cannot be let privately.

Directions
Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After a couple of miles you will pass a petrol station on your left and Atlantis Care Home. Continue on the main road and take the next left signposted Killigarth, prior to descending the hill into Polperro. Follow this road and after a short distance you will see the main entrance to Killigarth Manor Holiday Park (John Fowler Holidays) on your left. Continue past this and take the next right into Park Road. On entering the Park take the first left and lodge 257 is is situated between and to the rear of lodges 247 and 237.
