Full Management - Our full management service allows us to take care of everything on your behalf. Once your new tenant has moved in, we will deal with any maintenance issues they might have, collect their rent on a monthly basis and transfer this to you on a date to suit you, or on our standard month end payment run. Further to this, we carry out regular property inspections throughout the tenancy giving the tenants advice & guidance on ensuring they are doing their bit to keep your investment well maintained.

Let Only - With our Let Only service, once we have handed the keys to the tenant on their move in date, we'll hand over all the legal documentation you need to manage the property yourself. The tenants will liaise with you directly for maintenance or any other queries they may have. Whilst we are not managing the tenancy for you, we are always on hand should you have any questions or need any advice during the tenancy.

No matter which service level you choose, the tenant will always be subject to the same high level standard checks & references, including all legal paperwork & deposit registration.
