The dining area opens onto the decking as does the high level pitched lounge area where there are four Velux skylight windows and bi-folding doors. Sitting here offers a particularly pleasing and rewarding outlook over your garden whilst enjoying the impressive interior which we have to say looks pretty amazing.

Where these family rooms really work is in there being a further reception room to escape and enjoy some tv or peace and quiet, but where number 9 takes things further is with the inclusion of glazed double doors through to this reception room/lounge. Now you have an extended living space but one which can be shut off when desired and more natural light to both areas!

And to take things even further brings us to the garage conversion. A space that so rarely sees a vehicle has now been insulated and converted into a fourth double bedroom. This room is ideal for someone needing a ground floor bedroom, an older member of the family that needs their own space, a guest room, study or hobby room. This welcome addition is accessed from a passageway off the hall which then runs past an understairs recess to the right which acts as a display/coats area before finishing at a part glazed door that opens onto the side aspect. The washing machine is neatly concealed in this recess and it may be possible to combine these two areas and introduce an ensuite shower room. Both these areas have underfloor heating.

Moving upstairs and there is a window mid way that brings in a lot of natural light. The airing cupboard is found off the landing and this is where the gas fired combi boiler was installed in 2018.

There are three doubles and a larger single and all enjoy a pleasing outlook over either the cul de sac and towards the fields or over the garden.

We have said the bathroom was refitted in 2017 and could now be described as a stylish one. Finished with floor to ceiling tiling, the three piece suite is a deep panelled bath with a thermostatic shower integrated into the tiling and a matching ledge for your toiletries. A wash basin and WC with water saving options makes up the suite.

The garden has been kept low maintenance which is ideal for those with hectic lifestyles. It is a good size and being South facing you will be able to enjoy the sun from morning through to the evening.
