Seller's Comment -

When I was asked if I would like to view my house, I didn't think it was going to be for me but decided to view it as a comparison.

I fell in love with the calmness and flow and bought it the same day!

What I love most about my house is the sunny mornings in the lounge, coffee on the bottom patio in the mornings, sunny evenings on the patio by the house, cosy winter nights with the fire lit, feeling like I am in a semi rural area even in the heart of Tilehurst.

I love listening to the owls at night and watching the buzzard sitting in the big trees at the back. My favourite space is the kitchen/dining area, which opens out to the patio for sunny days and fire pit nights in the garden. I also love having a bath in my ensuite, a real haven of calm, just for me.

About Arins Property Services, Tilehurst

4 The Colonnade, Overdown Road, Tilehurst, Reading, RG31 6PR

Arins was founded in 2009 as a two-person estate agency determined to make its mark on the local property scene by doing things differently.

Over the years, we are proud to have become a multi award-winning estate and letting agency with a network of offices successfully selling and letting property along the M4 corridor.

Arins is all about personal relationships, face-to-face contact with a professional, comfortable yet friendly approach.

We know there is a lot riding on your move. Whether it is a new job, a new school, a retirement dream or a complete change of lifestyle, moving home is not a casual journey and it hinges on a process that is usually unfamiliar, often vague and, at times, frustrating.

It is in these moments when a great estate agent can make a world of difference. As the only people to have contact with everyone involved in a move - buyer, seller, lender, conveyancers and more - estate agents have a unique and pivotal opportunity to help things run smoothly.

At Arins, that's our forte.
