This is an impressive, stylish chalet with proper wow factor. In a sought-after area with sun all day and stunning views this chalet has it all. Built by the current owner, much attention has been paid to the thermal efficiency which is of the highest standard.

Location
Montriond village, with its excellent restaurants and mini supermarket for daily bread/croissants, is an 8 minute walk. The free bus stop is 350 m away, and serves both Montriond (and onto the Ardent ski-lift) and Morzine. A flat 21-minute walk to Morzine village and the Super Morzine ski lift.
