The Compound, located at South Promenade,
has recently undergone a significant £3.5 million
upgrade. This upgrade includes dedicated parking
for users, improved security, and enhanced boat
servicing and wash down facilities. The compound
now features a free visitor car park and picnic area,
with better access to the boathouse and the rest
of the promenade. These improvements mean that
commercial fishermen can carry out on-site repairs,
and repair companies can visit and maintain boats
on-site, enhancing operational efficiency.

Suitable for commercial fishing boats up to 10m length
x 4m width.

TENURE

All berths are available on tenancies on a licence basis
on a rolling term until terminated, subject to three
months notice from either party.

REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE

The licensee shall be responsible for ensuring the
berth is maintained in good and substantial condition.

VAT

VAT is applicable on this transaction and all outgoings.
