1. No Commercial Vehicles - • Commercial vehicles, including vans, trucks, and vehicles with commercial logos, signage, or equipment, are not permitted on the estate. • Only vehicles used for personal transportation are allowed to be parked in the designated areas. Please ensure your vehicle does not obstruct roadways or communal spaces.

2. Use of Designated Roadways and Public Footpaths - • All residents and visitors must use only the designated roadways and public footpaths when traveling across the estate. • Private roads or other non-designated areas are off-limits to ensure safety and the preservation of private spaces.

3. General Conduct - • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, all noise should be kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. • No disruptive or antisocial behavior will be tolerated on the estate.

4. Waste Disposal - • All waste must be disposed of properly using the provided waste bins. Recycling and composting bins are available and must be used for appropriate materials. • Littering is strictly prohibited, and residents are encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of their surroundings.

5. Parking and Vehicle Access - • Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. Parking in unauthorized spaces, including on roadways or blocking pathways, is not allowed. • Residents are encouraged to keep their vehicles in good condition to avoid causing any inconvenience to others.

6. Maintenance and Repairs - • Tenants are responsible for keeping their rented properties in good repair and must promptly notify the estate management of any issues requiring attention.

8. Security and Access - • All gates, fences, and access points should remain secure and closed when not in use. • Tenants are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
