The second floor or piano nobile preserves the historic layout of the building and is divided into a sequence of rooms, large and bright, almost all interconnected, culminating in the marvelous central hall, characterized by a large star vault, supported by half-columns and flanked by two small cross vaults.

Most of the rooms on the main floor have magnificent Baroque doors, decorated with large, imposing cornices. The windows of the reception rooms, located on the street front of the palace, also have large windows that echo the door decorations.
Also on the first floor is a gallery that overlooks the courtyard and leads on one side to a small storage room once used as a dovecote and on the other to the staircase leading to the terrace that offers a striking view of the entire historic center.

The central location makes it possible to reach the main places of interest in the city's historic center on foot and in very few minutes.
