We stumbled upon this house on a random visit to Upton's summer fair & quickly realised that it was outstanding in every aspect of the word (area, schools, people, literally EVERYTHING) & this house just sealed the deal (also, nicest neighbours on the planet). We could walk ANYWHERE we needed, plenty to do for adults, kids and dogs. The bus stop at the top of the road is a game changer as you just hop on and you're in Chester city centre. The house has loads of space, storage and potential. We planned to extend at the back, like others on the street, to open it up to the garden which gets sun all day in the summer, it's a shame we had to leave in such a rush as once dining table etc was in place it really did look and feel like home.Having just started on the flooring (luxury vinyl which there is loads left for the kitchen) and having the carpets pulled up we just hope the new buyers can see how awesome this place will look once they put their spin on it and love it as much as we have
