The area of Blue Hill includes approximately 4 km of small hills and also is 10 km south of the town called Torrevieja. Blue Hill is at the edge of 3 golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. There are 3 urbanisations situated in Blue Hill which consists+ of Blue Lagoon, El Presidente and El Galan. Within approximately 5 minutes you can reach the fine sandy beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor, and Cabo Roig. Blue Hill offers splendid views of the nearby Mediterranean. Blue hill has a different type of villa structure as it has one of the biggest projects of attached villas and apartments to be found in this area. Although situated directly near the golf courses the prices for real estates are clearly lower then within the golf urbanization. Around Blue Hill you will find several supermarkets and restaurants but furthermore there are several commercial centres being built. There is a new coast highway that is situated only 3 km away and one of these highways reaches the Airport of Alicante in approximately 40 minutes.
Villamartin is situated inland from the beaches of Dehesa de Campoamor, Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, although it is still included in Orihuela Costa area. There are a number of commercial centres, the largest of which is the Villamartin Plaza,where you will find a huge array of cuisine and entertainment for all the family. It is full of Spanish charm with its ceramic tiles, iron balconies and lamps and is a very popular dining destination. Added to these is the well established 18 hole Villamartin golf course
