Accommodation comprises a welcoming entrance hall with front door with stone flooring, understairs storage cupboard, and guest cloaks/ WC. Glazed double doors from the hallway lead through into the spacious ground floor master bedroom suite, attractively presented and offering built in storage cupboard and an ensuite shower room having contemporary white suite with his and hers twin sink units.

Stairs rise to the first floor landing giving access to the open plan dining kitchen and living area. The kitchen offers a range of built in units with an inset ceramic sink, plumbing for dishwasher and a built in electric oven, grill and hob above. There is an array of exposed beams and brickwork throughout with windows to the front and side aspects.

The landing also leads to an impressive dining room which features a high vaulted ceiling with exposed wooden flooring, this room is particularly bright and airy, making it a great space for entertaining. A staircase leads down to the lounge which is located on the ground floor and offers a feature exposed brick fireplace housing an electric fire along with windows and door to the gardens.

From the main hall the staircase rises to the second floor landing area which provides access to two further bedrooms and the house bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle.

Externally, private parking is located to the front of the property with doors leading into the entrance hall and lounge. The property has its own EV charge point.

There is gated access into the superb garden which is mainly laid to lawn with fence boundary that borders part of The Mill Pool. This beautiful setting really must be viewed to be fully appreciated.
