Description

INTRODUCTION

This three bedroom, detached family home benefits from an attractive rear garden, driveway parking and a carport and detached double garage to the rear, which has been part converted into office space and storage.

The accommodation on the ground floor briefly comprises a generous lounge, 19ft kitchen/diner and a spacious, UPVC double glazed conservatory, whilst on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

LOCATION

The property is located in West End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities. Larger facilities can be found in Hedge End and Southampton City Centre, with the M27 motorway links also being close by.

DIRECTIONS

Upon entering Moorgreen Road from the B3035 Botley Road, follow the road along where the property can be found on the left hand side, just before the entrance to Long Drive.

INSIDE

The front door opens into the entrance hall which has a window to the side, an understairs storage cupboard, stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to the lounge and kitchen.

The good size lounge is a well-proportioned room with a feature fireplace to one wall and a window to the front.

The spacious kitchen/diner has been fitted with a range of wall and base units with space for a free-standing oven with extractor over, as well as space for a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are windows to the rear and a door from the dining area leads through to the generous conservatory, which offers space for further appliances, including plumbing for a washing machine, and has French doors opening out to the rear garden.

On the first floor, the master bedroom faces the front and has an airing cupboard and built-in wardrobes along one wall. The second bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has a fitted wardrobe, whilst bedroom three has a window to the front and a built-in wardrobe.

The family bathroom comprises a panel enclosed bath with shower over, wash hand basin, WC and a window to the rear.

OUTSIDE

To the front there is a driveway providing off road parking. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a pathway leading down to the end where there is access to the garage storage area, as well as a gate to the rear.

The double garage has a carport to the side and is accessed via a private road to the side of the property. The garage has been part converted to create two useful office spaces and a large storage area, however this could easily be converted back to a full double garage.
