We weren't intending to put our house on the market when we popped in to see Jason in March. We had been near to exchange with other estate agents four times and the experience had left us a bit jaded and we had decided to take two years out to weigh up our options. Jason had maintained a relationship with us despite us not even being with White & Guard and it was this relationship that persuaded us to try one more time to sell. We had one offer before we were even marketed and multiple viewings consistently after we went to market. At no point did I feel that the viewings were being done to keep the numbers up. The prospective purchasers seemed well briefed on the aspects of our property which made it special and those which might not cover off all their requirements. This had not been the case in our past experience. The portal you provided us with ensured we were up to date with what was happening and the feedback posted to the web meant we knew what responses we had to our viewings. Quite quickly we received an offer which was acceptable and you started working in earnest to close the deal. Throughout the remaining process we felt well informed, even when we were kayaking down the Dordogne the team were ringing us to make sure we were kept up to speed on the sale.
