The whole property is newly double glazed and a lot of outer walls are insulated. It also has the benefit of mains drainage.
The village itself provides, Doctor, Dentist, pharmacy, Bank, Post office, small well stocked local shop and a bar, all within walking distance. There is a large supermarket just over 5 minutes drive away in Eguzon as is the large leisure lake with swimming, fishing, water skiiing etc.
A lovely house, steeped in village history with the possibilty of buying some attached outside space.
