Vendor's Opinion

We’ve been living here for 10 years this year and it’s been a very quiet and friendly close to live in. The garden is low maintenance and a sunshine trap in the afternoons, ideal to watch the sun go down. It’s an 8 minute walk to Tattenham Corner train station and the local shops including a Co-op, Silver Spoon Cafe & Pattison's cafe. Another few minutes and you’re onto the Epsom Downs race course which opens up lots of different walks. Being a keen mountain biker there’s lots of different rides from here, heading to Walton on the Hill & Headley. Also there's pubs within walking distance, including the Tattenham Corner pub, The Rubbing House and the Derby Arms.
