The property is on an elevated plot, in a picturesque neighborhood on the outskirts of the small town of Vamos. The area is verdant and the property has beautiful views up the ridge of the White Mountains. The buildings around the residence have been constructed just recently and are tasteful and fully in harmony with the local architecture. The house has a garden on two sides, yards, parking space and its plot is fenced with a stone wall.

Before the main entrance we find a terrace, which is covered with a pergola. The building is divided into the main house, which consists of an open-plan area, a bedroom and a bathroom. A second door opens onto an independent one-bedroom guesthouse with its own bathroom. The open-plan space has an impressively high ceiling with wooden lining and will be available with a wood-burning stove. Large patio doors let plenty of light into the living area and open onto a western terrace with panoramic views.

In the central square of Vamos, which is about 800 m away from the residence, you will find several taverns with good traditional food, coffee shops, well-stocked mini markets that are open all year round, a pharmacy, a bakery and more. Vamos has many more shops and services in addition to these that are required for your daily needs while, among other things, it has a public medical center, schools of all levels and a bank. The area is a good starting point for those who want to explore the picturesque surrounding villages. It has a high tourist interest so you can also rent out the property for tourist purposes in order to have a significant income. In the small ports of Kalyves and Georgioupolis, which are about 15 minutes' drive away, you will find anything else you may need as well as excellent sandy beaches and many restaurants along the coast. The city of Chania and the airport are approximately 30 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
