Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about us. I started doing lettings under the brand Tenant Finder in 2006, from my living room, as a landlord myself with a West End marketing background. I had become dissatisfied with agents and decided I could start myself with a 'blank sheet of paper' and try to provide a truly independent service giving landlords the pleasant, easy service they wanted and avoiding the policies that that they didn't like, such as renewal fees - which we don't charge. We then got into sales too about 15 years ago and I later changed the overall company name to simply my name.

At time of writing in 2025 we are in year 19. I have only ever worked for this estate agency; my own - and it has always been funded and owned 100% by me. I live with my wife in our own house in Twickenham and I am still a local landlord.

We have a traditional high street office in St Margarets, which I think is important for credibility and trustworthiness and I have a small, first-class team of colleagues that I am very proud of.
