- Lidl and Home Bargains are close and have everything you would need. There is a 24 hour petrol station down the road selling Costa food, general groceries and alcohol.
- Edenbridge town has everything you would need, including a leisure centre, Tesco extra and Waitrose. Its easy to return parcels and amazon goods.
- The Indian restaurant is very good.
- There are plenty of cycling and walking routes locally. Nature and the countryside are very close - there is no need to travel very far.
