Meeting Room Bookings

We have spacious and well maintained NHS meeting room space available at the Wilson Health Centre. NHS building tenants will have priority booking of the space, but we sometimes may have space available for regular or ad hoc bookings for other groups.

As this is a shared space, we expect all users to adhere to our Meeting Room Policy (supplied on request). Please note we are unable to provide kitchen or catering facilities.

The two larger meeting rooms are separated by a divider and can also be used as one large room. Tables and chairs have various configuration options.

Clinical Room Bookings

We have eight NHS clinical rooms on the ground floor that are shared between the three GP practices. These will be predominantly used to deliver shared and enhanced services that are part of our NHS contracts.

There may sometimes be space available for regular or ad hoc bookings for other clinicians at the discretion of the GP Leads.

Room bookings and fees
The room hire fee is charged to cover the running and maintenance costs of these facilities. Fees will be reviewed on an annual basis. All charges are an hourly rate and payable in advance. Bookings can only be made Monday to Friday 09.00 to 16.30 (last 1 hour appointment).

Rooms are subject to fair use as documented in Meeting Room policy.

Location
The property is situated in the spa town of Cheltenham which has a population of approximately 115,000, and lies in the heart of the Cotswolds. There are excellent road communications with the M5 motorway lying on the Western fringes of the town and the main A40 road providing access to the West Country, Oxford and London to the East. There is, in addition, a main line railway station in the town forming a link to London Paddington with journey time of just under two hours.

The property is situated approximately 1 mile north from the centre of Cheltenham fronting the north east side of the Prestbury Road (B4632) close to the junction with Welland Lodge Road and Prestbury Park Playing Field in an established residential area of the town.
