The property is located in Spilia, in a quiet spot on the edge of the village. The plot has a southeast slope and impressive views towards the White Mountains from all its areas while the upper floor has beautiful views up to the sea.

The building is located on the frontage of the plot. There are no private parking spaces as currently you can park on the road right in front but with the appropriate configurations you can add them. A swimming pool can also be constructed very easily. The plot has enough remaining buildable area, which allows you to add more rooms to the existing building or alternatively you may construct one or more independent buildings at any other point of the plot, with a total of up to 480 m² spaces for main residential use. Currently, around the house there are approximately 35 mature and productive olive trees, which are more than enough for the annual needs for olive oil of an average family. The two lower levels were built in 1983 while the upper floor is a later addition and was added in 1997. An external staircase is connected to the terrace of each apartment and reaches its central entrance. On the middle floor we find an apartment with two bedrooms and a central bathroom. All the furniture and the kitchen are wooden and handmade. The upper apartment is extremely bright and its main advantage is a large covered eastern terrace with panoramic views. Here, we also find two bedrooms and a central bathroom. There is a fireplace in the living room and an air conditioner has been installed in one bedroom and the living room.

The village is picturesque and quiet while in the main square there are a tavern, cafe and a mini market. In the nearby Kolymbari in just 5 minutes' drive you will find a bank, big supermarkets, restaurants and several shops that are open all year round. There is also a long pebbly beach with crystal clear water and areas with facilities or quieter places. The city and the airport of Chania are approximately 25 and 35 minutes' drive away, respectively.
