The house is in the center of the village Vamos, in a quiet spot with access from a picturesque alley but also a few steps from the central square of the village. It is an old stone building, the main structure of which has been completely restored and the last works were carried out in 2022. The house has since remained in a construction stage just before becoming fully habitable and is available for sale as it currently is. The original building had many interesting architectural elements and the works were done with complete respect for its traditional character, which has been highlighted in order to achieve an elegant result.

The area has several shops and services. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, bank and more. The area is an ideal starting point, if you want to visit many of the beautiful villages in the area. In the small harbors of Kalyves and Georgioupolis, which are about 15 minutes' drive from the property, you will find many shops and services, excellent sandy beaches as well as many restaurants along the coast. The city of Chania and the airport are about 30 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
