The residence is in a verdant spot just outside the village Elos of the municipality Kissamos, where a family had settled, creating a small neighborhood. It is an old two-level farmhouse. On the ground floor there are old storage spaces of 87 m², which have not been configured, while the upper floor is immediately habitable and has an area of 117 m², with additional auxiliary spaces of 9 m². The building has been constructed on 500 m², where you can add anything according to your plans while right opposite is available a plot of 731 m², which ensures that no one will reside right in front. The building is old and stone. You can make improvements but significant structural modifications have been made in 2000 so that today it is safe and waterproofed.

On the frontage of the ground floor we find a large covered terrace, which is connected directly to three large independent spaces. During its renovation, the ground floor can be configured in order to accommodate two two-roomed studios for use or a large apartment with at least two bedrooms. The upper floor is independent and an external staircase leads there while due to the slope of the ground it can alternatively be reached by car from the back side.
