The Chief Architect of the City has given his consent to this project and the utility bills have been paid. The adaptation and reconstruction work can begin immediately after the work report.

The urban planning plan provides for a boulevard in front of the site, which expropriates 70 m2 of the site for this purpose, with compensation of 35,000 euros, which the owner of the site receives. The project provides for a reduction in the site, so this will not affect the planned reconstruction.
