An automated irrigation system takes care of the greenery & vast array of fruit trees, including lemon, lime, avocado, fig, pomegranate, peach, guava, mango and finger lime trees, not forgetting the banana and pepper plants. Above the stone building is a small pool area that can be developed further.

Towards the very top of the finca you will find the 473m2 reservoir ‘ESTANQUE’ which holds 1,180 cubic meters of water and where a mini oasis could be recreated overlooking the valley.

There are several areas within the grounds to develop, such as independent cabin style out houses or stables. With pathways and tracks around the finca every part of the land is accessible. There is also the possibility to apply for an export licence, as the finca is marked as ‘agriculturo intensivo’.
