The property is located within a quarter of a mile of Richmond town centre with its extensive shopping and restaurant facilities, as well as Richmond Station with its fast service to London Waterloo and the District Line Underground to the West End.

Historic St Margarets, once home to the artist J.M.W Turner, is within a short walk, which also has a mainline service to London Waterloo.
