Please NOTE, our flat is in Paisley, a town outside Glasgow central, not within walking distance to University of Glasgow or Strathclyde Uni or Glasgow central. You will need to take a bus or a train (10 min on train) to reach Glasgow central. 

The flat: laminated flooring throughout the flat, nice furniture & very efficient central heating system available, advanced fire alarm system installed, extra tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher & washing machine fitted, all cooking equipment supplied; incoming calls and speedy wifi provided. 

The room:

Big Size Room: this double room is located on the entry floor of the flat, nice and quiet, just been redecorated with new wall paper and fresh paint, featuring a new double bed with plenty under bed storage space; a dining table, and chairs, big wardrobe, new bedside chest of drawers, a small bookshelf and a shoe rack. 

The rent: (including CT when charged as one single band, broadband & incoming call line rental, factor fees and building insurance) for ONLY £410 per month; only gas & electricity bill on top (weather dependent but usually around £40/month)

Please note: Gas and Electricity bills, shared with other occupiers, about £40/ month/ head to be collected along with the rent and topped up directly to the meter in the flat.
