Description

Completed in 2022, a highly impressive eco efficient Grade B energy rated detached two bedroom two bathroom bungalow with annexe, ample parking, 0.20 acre plot and sensational rural views. No chain.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

The rolling stones had the famous song surprise surprise and this title captures well what is a unique, very rare and highly desirable buying opportunity. I am constantly asked why are there no newly built bungalows in attractive plots with good views?
Well if you have asked that question before and have a passion to live in a bungalow with views, your question can be answered and problems solved with this excellent high specification eco bungalow that was completed in 2022.

Approached via a gated driveway and with ample parking, this is a first class example of its type, with excellent eco credentials leading to a much sought after and rarely achieved B energy rating.

Internally the layout is ideally attuned to modern day living, with a large open plan kitchen dining living room and huge feature windows overlooking the principal area of garden to the rear. Two double bedrooms, a high grade en suite and stylish family bathroom provide additional comfort whilst the utility room is well planned and practical.

The high quality annexe with garden room, office and shower room is a further bonus and provides flexibility and many different options.

The gardens are a delight and the rural views absolutely magnificent and amongst the best in the village. Also worthy of note is the relatively low council tax banding (d) and the fact there is no ongoing chain.
