The kitchen leads to open garden overlooking cliffside. The garden has newly planted grass and pavemented with space for summer barbecue and sitting area. There's also garden shed for gardening kits. The view from kitchen door is marvellous and green.

The property is completed by three bedrooms and a bathroom, the master of which has an en-suite shower.

The development is just near Riverside with exquisite view of river Thames.
The Gravesend station is 15 min walk and only 5 min drive. Same for Northfleet station.
High speed train to London in 20 mins available.
