This quaint little home in the Mazarata area of Vathi is for sale. The house has recently had some improvements done, with new windows installed. As it currently stands, one could move into the house immediately, or if one wanted to make some minor decorative changes, one could do so.

You access the house via a short footpath with steps leading up to the house. Whilst the greenery here is quite overgrown, there is a sense of mystical charm when walking through an archway of intertwined vines. The sunrise from this balcony is amazing, watching the yachts coming and going in the mornings, is truly something magical. This one bedroom home has a lot to offer; it is the perfect 'lock up and go' holiday home, in a wonderful neighborhood. It is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach.
