Description
"We were drawn to this house because of its peaceful location at the end of a quiet cul de sac—tucked away, yet just a short walk to the beach along quiet paths. The garden is a real sun trap, and the lounge is always filled with natural light, which we’ve loved. It’s also a warm and cosy home in the winter months. The school at the end of the road is so convenient, and we’ve really appreciated the friendly, welcoming neighbours. What truly made this place special for us, though, were the little touches of flair that gave the house a real sense of character and individuality."
PROPERTY
This fine family home is quietly located on the fringes of the development providing the benefit of no neighbours to one side. Superbly presented, the home is in move-in condition.
To the front of the property are two designated parking spaces. A private footpath leads down the side of the house to the south-east facing, sunny rear garden.
Entering the home the wide entrance hall leads to the front-facing kitchen. A range of light grey floor and wall mounted cabinetry provides plenty of storage, a built in oven with gas hob above and space for a dishwasher, washing machine and free-standing fridge freezer. An attractive gloss red splashback adds character.
To the rear of the house is a good sized sitting room with French doors opening to the rear garden. This room is flooded with light throughout the day.
The downstairs cloakroom is stylishly decorated and there is useful under-stairs storage.
Upstairs, there are three good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a shower en-suite. Bedroom two is a good sized double room. Bedroom three, currently used as an office would also be large enough for a double bed, but is best used as a single or twin room. The bedrooms to the rear of the house have lovely distant rural views. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and a tiled surround. Both bathrooms feature attractive, decorative floor tiles.
To the rear of the house is a good sized garden with a paved patio area off the sitting room. A second seating area has been created with a small deck beside the large garden outbuilding. Previously used as a workshop, this building is large enough for an artist’s studio or home office. It also has a second storage area for lawnmowers etc.
This home is well located and quietly positioned on the estate. A viewing is highly recommended.
