Set on the ground floor of a smart development in the heart of the East End, this bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment boasts an array of eye-catching features, from the west-facing garden and bright open plan living area to the two smart bathrooms and vast amount of storage space found throughout.

Bethnal Green station is a stroll away, as are some of the area’s most iconic locations, such as Columbia Road and Brick Lane. As well as so much lively action, there’s plenty of greenery too. The only problem will be knowing where to start exploring first!

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

We’re sure you’re already acquainted with an area as well known as Bethnal Green, but it’ll be a totally different experience living here. As well as much-loved destinations like the Young V&A and Columbia Road nearby, you’ll constantly find exciting new ventures springing to life, so exploring will never get boring.

Back at home, you’ve got over 800 square foot to spread out. Your reception is a brilliantly sized space, with engineered flooring sweeping the length and immaculate decor. The cleverly designed kitchen has sleek units, spotless worktops and high spec appliances. Of course, it’s all gloriously bright thanks to the sky light and generous windows/patio doors, which open out to your spacious and secluded west-facing garden. With decking underfoot, and the charming combination of the brick wall and bottle green tiling, this is a dreamy space that will make you the envy of all your friends in summer. The two bedrooms are both just as flawless, with more immaculate decor - the larger of the two has some masterfully crafted in-built storage and an impressive en-suite. The main bathroom is a great size, with sparkling fittings and an over-tub shower, and the hallway is nice and spacious with more fantastic storage solutions.

Head outside and you’ll find yourself in the heart of Bethnal Green - an area that attracts visitors from around the globe, but that you can call your home. As well as fantastic bars and restaurants, you’ve got plenty of green space, including Weavers Fields. In the other direction you’ll find Haggerston Park, which houses the Hackney City Farm, with its lovely cafe and selection of creative courses. London Fields and Victoria Park are also walking distance. As for food and drink-based perks, you’re spoilt for choice. Five minutes away you’ll find E Pellicci, a truly iconic vintage workers' cafe which has been offering English and Italian classics since 1900 (and appeared on countless TV shows). With a similar amount of heritage, you’ve also got Beigel Bake Brick Lane Bakery nearby, as well as newer ventures such as the stylish Rochelle Canteen - a favourite with the fashion set. Transport is plentiful in this area with some excellent bus routes nearby as well as Bethnal Green station, which is served by the Central line and Overground. If you have the time and energy, it’s a pleasant wander into the City via Brick Lane and Spitalfields, with the delights of the Barbican and St Paul’s beyond.

WHAT ELSE?

- You’re spoilt for choice with pubs and bars, but Star of Bethnal Green would be a good first stop, with its excellent beer and friendly staff.
- You’ve got a selection of fantastically unique markets within a mile or so; Columbia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market, Mare Street Market. Start the day at the former with a tasty brunch, and finish at the latter with some delicious street food.
- Being so close to Victoria Park means you’ve got easy access to some fantastic facilities, such as jogging routes, world class summer festivals, a skatepark, or head to London Fields for the much-loved lido.

A WORD FROM THE OWNERS...

'We have loved living here. The flat and private garden are quiet and tranquil, yet the area itself is lively and exciting; it really is the best of both worlds. The open plan living area and garden make great entertaining space and we'll especially miss hosting barbecues here in the summer! Bethnal Green has so much to enjoy and explore: we love the museums, parks, cafes, independent shops and weekend markets. We are minutes from Bethnal Green tube and Overground stations, and within strolling distance of Whitechapel and Shoreditch High Street.'
