Kinglas cabin is fully licensed to let under the Argyll and Bute Short Term Let licensing laws. On taking ownership you can complete a form and this letting license will transfer to you.
The granting of your own license will be a formality as Kinglas has all the certification required such as 5-year electrical check, PAT testing etc.
I will supply all the documents plus help you through your licensing process if required.
If you desire you can also continue use of my vacation booking agent and there is a local company who supply cleaning and service the cabins.
A very economic management monthly charge of only £76 is charged for the private water supply plus contributing to the maintenance of the site. There is no council tax to pay if you are renting and register as a business!
In 2022 a hot tub was installed on a completely new decking area with steps built down to the hot tub from the rear French doors. Plus, a pagoda was built to ensure all weather use of the hot tub. An air conditioning unit was installed that can warm up or cool down the entire cabin.
All the furniture and contents are available for a reasonable cash offer.
