Situation

Bleadon is a very conveniently placed village on the south side of Weston Super Mare (4 miles distant) and on the edge of the Mendip Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bleadon is a thriving community with local facilities including village store and post office, café, garages, hairdressers, children’s play area, youth club, Bleadon Hill golf club and public houses. Wild Acre is surrounded by lawned garden with the sweeping driveway passing under an archway between the house and car port/implement shed to the parking area for 4/5 cars at the rear of the house. The main entrance is approached from here and steps to the left of the house lead down to a door to the utility room and into the kitchen.

The Land

The pasture and woodland lie beyond the garden and comprise of 13.12 acres of permanent pasture and woodland of which approximately 6.95 acres is made up of a wooded area and falls within an SSSI. There is a trough in-situ and a separate gated access adjacent to the main house driveway. The land has good boundaries and is in a reasonable condition.
