The garden is not overlooked at all and is very private. To the rear of the garage is a potting shed and at the back of the garage is a workshop area.

Hadlow Down is a small hamlet with a primary school, pub and Wilderness Wood (which is a lovely local visitors attraction) with countryside and woodland walks. The village of Buxted is only 2.5 miles away and has a good village shop, medical centre and MAIN LINE STATION. The town of Uckfield is 5.3 miles and has an extensive range of amenities, shops, supermarkets, cinema and schooling with a main line station to London. The market town of Heathfield is 4.6 miles, again with a good range of shops, Waitrose, Sainsbury's and further amenities.

Directions: On entering Hadlow Down from the A267 Tunbridge Wells side, the property will be found on the right by a wide entrance to a bridle path and before you reach the pub.
